Hailing from Canada, she
performs regularly at renowned comedy clubs across the
country, including Carolines on Broadway, The Improv in Las
Vegas and Atlantic City, Stand-Up New York and The Comedy
Garden at Madison Square Garden. Ophira has appeared at New
York's most prestigious venues, PSNBC and Luna Lounge.
Her television credits include
appearances on The Guardian (CBS), Queer as Folk (Showtime),
Best Week Ever (VH1's), the Oxygen Network, and her own
half-hour comedy special on Canada on CTV's "Comedy Now!"
She has performed in numerous comedy festivals including
Montreal’s Just For Laughs, and the NY Underground Comedy
Festival. She is also a contributing writer to US Weekly’s
Fashion Police, RedSnap
Magazine and Jest Magazine.
